Successful Launch of the Yaogan 30-06 Set under the Harsh Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic

  On March 24, 2020, the Yaogan 30-06 Set, which is composed of three remote-sensing satellites, was launched by a Long March 2-C carrier rocket from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Southwest China's Sichuan province. 
  The set was developed by the Innovation Academy for Microsatellites of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The first set of the Yaogan 30 sequence was launched in 2017. After that, 15 satellites were launched into space. The 06-set mission was launched under the huge impact of the COVID-19 pandemic breakout. The crisis was harsh, but the team came through the test with great courage and determination. The successful launch ensured the overall performance of the Yaogan 30 sequence.
  
  

 

  So far, the Innovation Academy for Microsatellites of Chinese Academy of Sciences has launched 28 missions and the total amount of satellites is 54.
